Just like daddy
Ellie is just like her daddy. She has discovered football! She loves to watch Josh throw the ball into the air. A few days ago I caught them in action.

Dad, let me have it!!!

So serious!

A Haunting at Woodville High
Thursday there was a haunting at Woodville High School. All of our kids turned into zombies and mummies!! Especially our cheerleaders! Just look at the picture!
NO, what really happened was that we won the pep rally of the week from channel 19. Our cheerleader (being in the halloween spirit) decided to do a spooky pep rally! They did a great job. They danced the Thriller dance, our new teachers did an apple bobbing contest, and we said goodbye to our senior football players. Overall I have to say that it was the best pep rally that they have done! GO Panthers!

Happy Halloween and Happy Birthday
Happy Halloween to everyone (a day late)! And Happy Birthday to my wonderful husband!! This year was Ellie's first Halloween! She decided that she wanted to be Alberta (UF gator girl mascot). Of course we couldn't tell her no. And as you can see from the pictures she looked adorable!! Especially when she would crawl! She even has learn to growl, so she really sounded like one too! Gabe was Big Al (UA mascot) and he was sooo cute!! I don't know if you can tell or not, but this family is a little obsessed with the SEC! I think we represented the best of the SEC for Halloween!
It was also Josh's 29th Birthday!!! For his birthday surprise, Cody came home! We haven't seen him since this summer so it was great. Of course it is taking Ellie and little time to remember who he is, but he know she loves him!

Peek-a-Boo
Surprise Ellie
A few days ago Ellie decided that she was ready to crawl. And crawl she does!! She is all over the place. It looks like she has been doing to for years. Anyways, I got Ellie to follow me into the bedroom the other night. I was folding clothes and Ellie crawled to our dresser and was playing with it. I called for Josh to take some pictures. Here is what he got:

Newest thing
Just an update on us:
I am sooo ready for school to be out for Fall Break!! I need a break from my students before I kill them!! They act like such babies and want me to do everything for them!!!
Anyways.....(deep breath to calm down)...
Ellie has started to crawl!! Yeah!! She will crawl a few steps (I guess that's what you call it) and then fall on her stomach and whine. She is really good at the military crawl (on her tummy using her arms). I guess it's time to baby proof the house!! She has also learned to say "ma ma ma". I think she is finally starting to realize who Mama and Dada are. I agree with Josh, I think she was calling both of us dada. Here lately she has been the biggest mommies girl!! Anyone who has been around us can tell. She will cry (really I should say scream) until I pick her up!!! I love it that she wants me because I know in about 15 years she will not want anything to do with me. So I am living it up right now. But I do wish that she would at least be with Josh (when we are home together) so that I could do things around the house!! I was just telling Josh tonight that I haven't cooked a meal in forever! Really... just ask him! He does all the cooking. I play with Ellie because I can't let her down or out of my sight when I get home!! I really mean that too. I can't even go to the bathroom without her sitting right in the doorway crying because she is mad I sat her down. It gets frustrating!! I need a vacation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Anyways, here are a few pictures we have taking over the past few days.
